Reading these pages means you accept what is set out below. If any of it does not sit right with you, the answer is simply to stop using the site and call instead.
What the pages are for
Everything published here describes pest control work in Conway and the surrounding towns in general terms. It is background reading, not a survey of your property. What actually applies to your home gets settled on the phone at (843) 896-1048 and, where needed, after an inspection.
Prices shown are ranges
Every figure on this site, including the whole pricing guide, is an estimated range meant to help you budget. It is not an offer, and it does not lock either side into a number. A firm price comes from a quote given for your property and the pests actually found there.
Who carries out the work
Using this site to find help costs you nothing. The treatment itself is performed by independent licensed pest control operators working in Horry County, not by the website. Their license, their insurance and their workmanship are their own, and any guarantee on a job comes from the operator who did it. Choosing who to book, and on what terms, is your decision. The notice in the footer of every page says the same thing in its standard form.
Accuracy
Pages are kept current as a matter of habit, not as a promise. Seasons shift, products change, and a page can fall behind. Nothing here is warranted as complete or error-free, and the site is offered as it stands.
Safety note
Some pages describe what a homeowner can reasonably do themselves. Treat that as background, not instruction. Read and follow the label on any product you buy, and leave termites, stinging insect nests and anything involving crawl spaces or heights to someone equipped for it.

Where we link to a state agency, a university extension service or another outside source, that link is there because the information is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they publish.

The words, layout and images here belong to us or are used with permission. Quoting a short passage with a link back is fine. Copying pages wholesale is not.

So far as the law allows, liability for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website is excluded. That limit covers the website. It does not touch any obligation attached to work that is actually booked and carried out.
