The short version

Almost everything here happens over the phone. If you never fill in the form, the only trace you leave is an anonymous line in a server log. Nothing is sold, nothing is traded, and there is no mailing list to escape from.

What the form asks for

The quote form takes a name, a phone number and an email address, and lets you add a zip code or street address if the job needs one. That is the whole set. It arrives with us as an email and is used to call you back about the problem you described. No account is created, no password is stored, and nothing is charged on this site.

Spam protection

The form is protected by a bot-detection widget from Cloudflare, which looks at how the browser behaves rather than at who you are. A hidden field also catches automated submissions. Neither is used for advertising or tracking you across other sites.

Logs, cookies and the map

The web host keeps ordinary request logs, which include an IP address and a rough region. A small stored preference remembers that you dismissed the cookie notice. The embedded map is loaded from a third-party map provider on the page where it appears, so that provider sees the request and applies its own policy to it. Blocking cookies does not break this site.

How long anything is kept

Quote emails stay in the inbox while the job is open and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you call back about the same problem. Host logs roll off on the host's own schedule. Ask us to delete your inquiry and we will.

Children

Nothing on this site is aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
